This event has been running since 2004, it is well-established and offers a Sprint triathlon in, and around, the coastal peninsula of Harwich. Starting with a 300m pool swim, a 24km bike through the countryside and a fast, flat 5km run along Harwich promenade, with coastal views and great opportunities for spectators to cheer you on. Race HQ and transition area are adjacent to Dovercourt Bay Lifestyles Pool, Low Road, CO12 3TA.
The race will start after the Junior race at approximately 10:00, with a rolling start of women first followed by men.
