It was my first ever triathlon and I absolutely loved it. The weather was perfect although maybe a little cooler would have been better! Your team of Marshall’s were all such lovely and encouraging people all the way around the route. The guys in the transition area were so helpful and supportive (particularly when it came to racking my bike!). I ran the London Marathon in 2019 but yesterdays event absolutely topped that, so well done to you and all your fantastic team for such an awesome and truly memorable experience. OMG I am a triathlete!!!

This was my first Triathlon and the atmosphere was so welcoming and accepting of all abilities. The officials were all helpful and supportive and me and the rest of my family really enjoyed the whole event - even the running!

My self and my daughter took part and we both want to come back next year. Your marshals were fab, they were engaging and supportive. 

It was great to be back after the enforced hiatus. The town really is significantly better off because of this event, and all the numerous others Harwich Runners hold throughout the year. What you all do for this town and the people who live here is incredible!

It was my first time doing a triathlon, all staff were super helpful and supportive, despite my deafness! Everything went smoothly. Weather was perfect! Thank you all for the memorable day!

It was my 1st event, and I was very impressed with how well it was run – thanks to everyone involved it was great fun.

I just thought I’d email to let you know what a great event I thought it was.  It was my first Triathlon, and you all were so helpful and friendly.  The event itself was very well organised, I had all the information I needed and any questions I had were answered by the really helpful team of volunteers on the day.  The signage across the whole event, and on the bike and run courses were really clear and the marshal’s waving us on and directing us at every junction was helpful and encouraging.

Thank you for organising such an enjoyable event.  I’ll certainly be looking to register again next year.

It was my first ever triathlon and I was so impressed with how organised the event was, really something to be proud of! 

I enjoyed every minute of Sunday morning and already can’t wait to do it again.

I really did appreciate it all. And I b****y did it! Loved every minute after I got out of the water.

However, more than that I must ask you to pass on my sincere thanks to every one of your volunteers today. They were excellent, especially the two amazing ladies as we turned right back in towards the end of the run. 

With the increase in numbers there is always a concern that it wouldn’t be the same as last year , but from by perspective everything seemed to go smoothly & I was delighted to improve on my finish time from last year.
